The view and scenery around the property are breathtaking, and the neighborhood is safe and clean. The place itself was clean, and staff responded promptly when I needed something. But the listing needs a serious update: some advertised amenities were misleading, including a private spa tub and a bar or restaurant that weren't there. The bathroom lights kept switching off, and there were leaks in both the bathroom and kitchen, along with other issues. I was given incorrect information, paid extra unnecessarily, and then had trouble getting a refund when one was justified. Please take responsibility when appropriate and be accurate with guests. Kigali/Rwanda is a great place, and guests should be able to enjoy it without worrying about these things. There’s room to improve, so I hope this feedback is taken constructively.

The place itself is good, and the service was fairly good too. The map location, though, is wrong. I got lost more than three times trying to find the actual place, and even after I arrived, the map still showed me 800 meters away.

For a work trip, this was one of my nicest stays. The hotel is on a quiet street with a great view, and the rooms were very clean. There was high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, despite what the booking information said. Staff were always available, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Each day they brought a generous breakfast to our room with lots of fresh fruit. I had a really pleasant stay.

We were picked up from the airport in the middle of the night by the amazingly helpful staff, who paid close attention to what we needed. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious. Green view is just a one-minute walk behind Kigali convention center. I hope to come back very soon. Thank you!

The area is quiet, the rooms are clean, and the service is good. The prices are affordable too. I had a really nice stay and would recommend this place to friends.
