Vanessa, the manager, was very resourceful and could help with what I needed. She speaks English, so communicating was easy. The location is peaceful and quiet, a good spot for a vacation, though drivers can have trouble understanding English. For an easier commute, have a landmark ready for where you’re headed. You can get to the apartments from the city by motorcycle for about 1000 Rwanda Francs, or by taxi for around Fr.7000. Since the place is uphill, it gets very cold. There are no ACs in the room. I didn’t need hot water, but you can ask for it. There’s a mirror in the room and a nice balcony with a great view. Lights are available 24 hours, and there’s Wi-Fi every day. Breakfast isn’t provided, but they can make food at the apartments.

It’s affordable and, more than anything, amazing. I was checked in as soon as I arrived, and the room was superb, with a balcony overlooking the city. Service was great, and Vanessa was very helpful, guiding me whenever I needed assistance.
