The view from the back balconies is lovely, and the staff are helpful and cooperative. WiFi and the gym were okay, and the climate stays pleasant through the year. Still, the rooms could use air conditioning or even ceiling fans. There’s no swimming pool, and the kitchen needs more utensils. A bathroom trash bin and better lighting in the corridors and stairwells are needed too.

I was upset when I first posted, so I need to take back some of what I said. Jackson and Shareena in management are great about sorting out problems, and the team is clearly working hard as the hotel grows. Give them a little patience and you can have a pleasant stay. I’d use Landmark again if I return to Kigali.

The manager and the rest of the team were so friendly and understanding that I felt at home. It’s a beautiful hotel with lovely people, and I’d definitely recommend it to friends and family for a vacation. I’ll be back soon!

The rear-facing rooms have an amazing view, and there’s a decent gym and a restaurant. Service is good, with friendly staff. The one thing missing is a swimming pool.

Mr. Jackson gave us a warm welcome, and Ms.Scovia was the best. Those two looked after us personally, and the service was very good. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone on a low budget.
