Durrat Jalmouda Hotel

The location made it easy to get around Jubail, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby within walking distance. The hotel also has convenient amenities, including breakfast with a good variety, a decent gym, a pool, a spa, and on-site parking. The lobby and shared areas are modern and well kept. I was there on a business trip and had a very good stay at Crowne Plaza Al Jubail. My room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with a good bed and strong air conditioning. Housekeeping kept it tidy, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The staff were polite, welcoming, and quick to help.

My spacious room had a living room, and the hotel is new with a nice overall space. The location is great, close to restaurants and supermarkets, and residents have parking. The food was nice but took a bit long to arrive. Service also fell short: the food wasn't cleared for two days, even though we asked specifically.

It was a short but truly enjoyable trip, and the roads were easy to navigate. There wasn't the rush you get in Riyadh, which kept things calm and relaxed. At Crowne Plaza Al Jubail, the staff were friendly, cooperative, and always willing to help. A very pleasant stay, and I'm grateful for it.

I went for Ramadan Iftar, and the food had a good variety and tasted delicious. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. A luxury 5 star hotel in Jalmouda, Al Jubail.
