I found it difficult to watch movies online, possibly because of internet speed restrictions on the provider's side. It was also hard to get to malls or parks on foot, though that wasn't a big issue since you can take a car. Aside from those points, the stay was very good: the staff and service were good, meals were tasty at around 100 SAR per person for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the room was cleaned daily, and the gym was good.

Abdullah at the front desk is great and always upgrades me to a suite. The staff are generally helpful, and the restaurant team really make an effort to make dining enjoyable. Breakfast has a good range, too. Nesto Supermarket is within walking distance, and a street with lots of places to eat is a three-minute drive away. Good value for money.

The staff are what make this already wonderful hotel even better. Ms. Rania at reception was kind and always made sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. I also want to thank Mr. Abdel Maqsoud at the hotel restaurant for his excellent service, warm hospitality, and friendly attitude with everyone. Thank you!

Breakfast had a nice selection and tasted delicious, and the location was convenient for attractions and transport. The staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to help. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with the amenities I needed. It was a relaxing, pleasant stay, and I'd recommend the hotel and look forward to coming back. 👍👍👍

The Wi-Fi was awful, with barely any speed. I couldn't hold a meeting or stream a movie, which is a real shame because the hotel itself is nice. The room was spacious and breakfast was good.
