Masaya Furnished Apartments

The reception never responded when we called, and when the food arrived they left it in the TV room and called out for us to come get it. The meals were a problem too. We're Pakistani and said we didn't like the Indian food, asking for daal and chapati. After that they served Pakistani food once, then switched back to two parathas and Indian daal. The first day my company sent us here, but the agent took us to a different hotel. We refused because its name didn't match the one on our papers. An Arabic man came to ask why, and after we explained, he called another man, who took us to Masaya hoyale. How can I call this hotel good, very good, or excellent?

They’re nice and helpful, but the walls are thin and families mean you can hear a lot of noise from children. Room service could use some work too.

The rooms are calm and have balconies, and the price is the lowest on the lane. They look clean, though there's a stink. The mattresses are old and slope. Check the picture gallery for the facility details.

When we got to the area to stay, there was no reception and the lobby looked very dirty and old. We left instead of waiting for staff.
