Over five days, I stayed in two different rooms, and both were clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The whole staff were professional and welcoming. One Saudi gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch was especially polite and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. I had a wonderful stay.

While we were on our trip to Neom, we stayed here for a while. It was decent, better than some other hotels, though not the best.

I paid 400 SAR for one night and didn’t feel I got any value for the money. There were no tissues or towels, and the furniture was old. Bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.
