The restaurant was a nice, newly renovated space and very accommodating, with affordable prices. We enjoyed the good food and great customer service, especially from Mr. Mahbub, Alice, and Analisa. Highly recommended!

We used to stay here regularly when it was part of the Staybridge series back in 2018. It's now under Hilton Double Tree series, but I felt the overall standard doesn't match Hilton. The room was dirty at check-in and the furniture was dusty. There were no tissue boxes, and the guest toilet had no towels. They don't offer in-room dining either, so for food you have to use the restaurant buffet or go to Andalus Mall's food court. The toilet needs renovation and a deep clean. The seat had cement and silicon marks, and twice we saw cockroaches coming out of the sink, so fumigation is needed. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable, but the tennis court needs a complete renovation. The living room AC needs deep cleaning because it smelled strongly of mold. Housekeeping rushed through the furniture cleaning and vacuuming, leaving dust on surfaces. The swimming pool was open and the GYM was accessible. This hotel used to be outstanding under Staybridge management. I'd strongly recommend that Hilton make sure the same level of quality is maintained here.

I had suhoor at DoubleTree by Hilton Andalus Mall tonight, and it was a commendable experience. The dishes offered a good variety, the ingredients seemed high quality, and everything tasted exceptional. The cooking showed real expertise and professionalism, with refined hospitality and attention to detail as well. My thanks to senior management, especially the head chef and everyone who helped make the evening enjoyable, and to Mr.Mahbub khan, the restaurant manager. It was a refined experience, and I'd recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality.

Having El Andalous mall just two steps from the hotel was great, and this stay became a memorable part of our vacation. My family and I got home after a fantastic visit from january 6 to 10, which exceeded every expectation. Our suite was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and had 2 bathrooms. The pool, spa, and restaurant were first-class. The staff were the real highlight: everyone from the concierge to the waitstaff was courteous, professional, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Special thanks to Mr Rachid and his team for their excellent service and helpful breakfast recommendations. Thank you very much.
