The person at the front desk who looks like Lewis Hamilton was the best. The furnished apartment was amazing, with such positive vibes.

The rooms were clean and had all the amenities, and there were cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. Parking was ample and well organized, with wheelchair facilities available. The reception guys were outstanding, helpful, well behaved, and spoke good English.

The location was okay, with eateries nearby and parking available, but my experience was generally the worst. Even though I booked through the app, we had to wait two hours. The housekeeping staff were so rude, especially a guy named rony.

Alaa made my stay especially memorable with his classy manner and wonderful hospitality. The atmosphere at Palm Boutique Al Zahra was cozy and elegant, and the service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Everything else was fine, but the rooms smelled bad and the bathroom flush button was broken.
