The staff were very helpful, and it was good value for my two nights at Heart Hotel Jezan. My room was large, clean, and comfortable. Lots of local restaurants are nearby, and a few ATMs are within walking distance. There's also a bus stop close by that can take you to the Farasan ferry terminal.

The room in jazan was excellent, and the hospitality and service were great. Abdulaziz was especially nice.

The worst hotel in Jizan. There's no parking at night, and sometimes the water suddenly stops. It can take three hours to come back. There are other hotels in jizan that are more convenient and cheaper, with exellent service.

The employees and receptionists were very nice, and check-in and check-out were quick. Still, the place left a poor impression. It feels more like a bed and breakfast facility, and the surrounding area is dirty and needs attention. Old carpets are everywhere, including in the rooms, and the furniture is old too. The corridors smell, maybe because of the area's high humidity. The caffee reception area beside the hotel reception wasn't well organized, which didn't give me confidence in the service. The bathroom shower set wasn't working properly, with cotton around the broken part. I didn't call maintenance because I didn't have time, but it gave the impression that maintenance wasn't adequate.

A lovely, clean hotel to stay in, and the hospitality feels really kind.
