I booked this for a business trip, but it didn’t meet my expectations. After a long journey I needed a shower, and found there were no towels in the room. When I asked, they said towels weren’t available, so I had to buy my own. The team was very slow to respond to requests.

There were four adults and a child, but after several calls they brought us just one towel. The reception desk was usually empty. When I asked for a towel, they said they’d check, then left us waiting for two hours. I called again and was told they had run out.

The room was very good, and both breakfast and room service were excellent. Check-in dragged on for nearly 30 minutes because the receptionist was taking his time. There was a bad smell in the toilet.

The staff were attentive and good, but the bathroom drainage wasn’t working properly.
