Yaser at reception and the drivers Said and Abdulaziz made the service especially nice. We had a wonderful stay at this very good hotel. Thanks to them and all the other workers 🙏

I arrived to find the TV remote broken 😡. They said my children had broken it and charged me 100 RSD. I’m really angry 😡. You should make a video of everything before you stay. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a great place to stay.

Room service took a long time, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work properly. A very poor experience 😞

There was no signboard with the hotel’s name on the front or roof of the building. That made it very confusing to find.
