I liked how clean the hotel was, and the caretaker Muhammad Usman was cooperative and diligent. He cleaned our room two days in a row. The hotel itself isn't bad, but I didn't like the room or location. Our twin room was very, very small, especially the washroom, and the restaurants were 10 to 15 minutes away. It's by the 3rd ring road and about 1.5 KM, or half an hour on foot, from Haram, so I wouldn't recommend it for families or older people. It seems more suited to groups.

It's a clean, comfortable place and good value, especially for pilgrims watching their budget. The hotel is close to Haram, which was one of my main priorities, and it delivered on that.

For that price, I didn't expect the hotel to be this good. The rooms were very, very clean and well equipped, like something you'd find in a fancy hotel. Staff were really nice too. Highly recommended, don't hesitate to book.

I'm raising a serious concern about a staff member named Shazaib, who appears to be in charge of the hotel canteen or mess area. On a recent visit, he directed female guests to use a different elevator, a service lift, and spoke in a way that felt inappropriate and unsettling. His exact words were, "Use that elevator, I am coming there." His tone and the context made the situation feel uncomfortable and suspicious. This is deeply disturbing, especially in a holy place like Makkah, where guests come to perform Umrah. It raises serious concerns about the safety and dignity of guests, particularly women. If this behavior is tolerated on the premises, I'll have no choice but to share the experience on every online booking platform and advise others to reconsider staying here. I sincerely hope immediate and appropriate action is taken. For reference, his name is Shazaib, and he's reportedly from Saharanpur, India. This shouldn't be taken lightly.
