At Al Arab mashaer hotel, the room wasn’t good, and neither was the service. The toilet was poor too, and the services weren’t working.

There’s parking in the basement, and a shuttle to Haram, but it only runs at limited times, not every hour. In rooms 201 and 202 the flush wasn’t working properly. The washrooms need improvement, the towels didn’t smell fresh, and the cupboard drawers and partitions were broken.

The location is perfect and the rates are reasonable. The room was clean and renovated, though the beds and pillows felt a bit cheap. Towels, soap, and shampoo were supplied. Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Amine were especially kind and helpful. I’d stay here again, highly recommend it.

The shower in my room was broken. I asked them to change it, but nothing was done, and the shuttle wasn’t available on time. This is the worst hotel. It really seems like they don’t care about anything. I’d give it less than zero.
