Anjum Hotel Makkah

We loved our stay, especially being able to pray at the masjid connected to Al Haram. Everyone on the Anjum staff was amazing, from the cleaning crew to the restaurant waiters. Thanks to Captain Akbar and Rashid for such great service at iftar. We appreciate the whole team and hope to return.

The courtyard is lovely, and it was pleasant to sit there. Service was excellent, and the hotel can compete with other 5-star places. It's built mainly for twin rooms, though they can provide an extra bed. It's on the far side by the new build expansion, but still very close to the Haram, with a nice little tunnel leading to the masjid. I spent a long time thinking about booking, and alhamdulilah, it turned out to be a very pleasant stay.

I only realized how good Anjum Hotel was after reaching my second hotel in Medina. The location is prime but not too pricey, and Masjid Al-Haram is a five-minute walk away. The rooms, staff, and convenience were all top notch. Room service was remarkably quick. I'd ask for something as simple as a bottle of water or even for a whole bed to be removed, and they'd sort it out in 2-5 minutes. There were plenty of elevators, so I rarely waited long. The hotel is large enough that I didn't keep seeing the same people, which made me feel safer, and there was lots of lobby space for waiting. The views were phenomenal. Some of my family had Clock Tower views, others could see Haram, and my window looked out at the Mountains. It was large, with plenty of sunlight and heat. The air-con was easy to use and had good settings. Definitely recommend.

The food was delicious, and the food and beverage team made us feel very welcome. Special thanks to Chef Zeyad Daoud, Ahmad Sammour, and Mr. Sayyed Abdilsamad for their warm hospitality. Haram was less than five minutes away, maybe even closer. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and considerate toward visitors to Al-Kaaba. The front desk staff were helpful, and security welcomed us warmly and happily answered all our questions. May God bless you and grant you success.
