Khulood and Sally would like to thank the management and all the staff for their professionalism and such attentive service. A special thank you to Ahmad Alharazi for his dedication and care. He made a big difference to our experience, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel has a mosque, shops nearby and a bus close by for getting to the Haram. The food was a bit better on the B floor, where they have soft drinks, but those are served by staff and sometimes run out. On the G floor there are no soft drinks, just water and syrup. The meals there feel repetitive, the fruit and dessert are often the same and served by hand, and the salads aren’t always fresh or the vegetables clean. In the rooms, you have to request cleaning, and getting toilet paper can take several attempts. They only give you one. Service really isn’t up to standard. Staff are unfriendly, especially if you’ve left your ticket in your room.

For my solo Umrah, I booked this hotel, about 4-5 minutes from the Kaaba. The food is Turkish and the rooms are clean. I recommend the daily rate, around 80 to 100 riyals.

I came with a tour group, so I’m not sure whether you can book a room on your own. I heard it’s about 150 SAR per person per night, with breakfast and dinner included. The rooms are spacious, and the food is Turkish, though it may suit you mainly if you’re traveling with a group. You can’t walk from here to the Kaaba, so you have to take a bus. The hotel has an arrangement with the bus company, which lets you ride free.
