They had a clean, comfortable café, gym, and prayer room, and shuttle buses are available too. The staff were kind and accommodating throughout. We got early check-in at 8:00 AM, which was a huge help after the journey. Since we had an early checkout on our last day and would have missed breakfast, they also let us have it that day. There was a great range of breakfast choices. I'd gladly come back.

We used the hotel shuttle to the Haram each day during our eight-night stay. The ride took around 10-15 minutes, and the service was very good. Walking one way takes about 25-30 minutes along a direct route, but the return is uphill. For our group of six with children, taxis were cheap enough on the way back. From Ibrahim Khalil Road near WC 6, the fare was around 20-25 riyals with little traffic, though prices can vary depending on where you catch a taxi. Ask the driver to use the meter. Roads to the Haram get congested, so leave early for prayers. We were welcomed at the front desk with smiles and an early check-in, a real relief when we were tired from our Umrah trip. Alfaj was a big help with all our questions. The hotel is very clean, though you need to request room cleaning. Breakfast had a lovely, top-class spread, and Manager Tamer was very kind in the breakfast area. There's also a nice prayer room and a barber next door.

After a 10-hour drive, the fruit basket and Arabic coffee waiting for us were such a thoughtful welcome. The room was comfortable and in perfect working order throughout our stay, and everything was handled with care from the start. The Front Office and Guest Services team checked in with me at least twice a day to see how we were doing, which made my family and me feel valued. Mr. Iyad, the Duty Manager, followed up personally. I also saw the Front Office staff deal with other guests' concerns promptly and courteously. Mr. Atif was especially helpful and professional. Jazakum Allahu Khair to the management and team for the excellent hospitality. We had a wonderful stay, and InshaAllah, I hope to return during Ramadan.

The hotel's location was convenient, and room service was acceptable. Reception staff were respectful and cooperative, which I appreciated. But one employee was disrespectful and unprofessional, making the customer service experience poor. Room cleanliness was also very bad and needs much more attention. The shuttle buses to the Haram weren't frequent enough, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
