The AC was really noisy and wasn’t working properly. I couldn’t sleep. Bad experience.

I’ve booked here twice and will definitely come back again, God willing. Everyone at reception was helpful and cooperative, especially Ms. Mashael. It’s tidy and clean, and comfortable from the moment you enter. The location is convenient, close to Taif, Al-Shafa Road, and Al-Hada. I highly recommend it.

The place is quiet and clean, and Sister Badour is very welcoming and helpful. She handles requests quickly and gives excellent service. The place is worth visiting for the service and Sister Badour's approach. She deserves thanks.
