The nearest gate is Gaza gate, and from there it takes about 40 minutes to walk to the clock tower. The distance also isn’t as close as it looks on maps. The rooms had bed bugs crawling under the carpet, which hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. When I raised this with management, they denied it and said the hotel had only been open for two months. After I explained the problem, they told me to call 911. The whole place was complete chaos. If you’re trying to save money and don’t mind a terrible experience, go ahead. Otherwise, avoid, avoid, avoid.

For shopping in Makkah, this is a good place, and it’s cheaper than the mall.
