Our family of four adults had a really bad experience. The hotel is poor quality and far from al harram. There were no slippers or towels in the room, and it wasn't spacious enough for a family. The bus didn't come in the morning, so we had to take a taxi. Even when it was available, it took a long time to reach the hotel. The servants were unprofessional. They knocked loudly and yelled at us about opening the room window, demanding to come inside, even though my sisters were sleeping all day and no one opened the door. Why didn't they call the room phone to let us know? This was a baaaad hotel.

The hotel was good and the staff were cooperative, though it's far from haram. A bus is available, but during Ramadan or huj season you have to compromise on timing. Nearby, there are two restaurants, one Bukhari and one Pakistani.
