Naema was especially kind and kept helping us throughout our stay, which made things more comfortable. The room was clean, and the service was well organized. There is a golf cart available around the clock, and the Saudi coffee at reception was a lovely touch. I had a wonderful experience and would happily come back and recommend the place.

The location worked well for us. It was about a 4 minute walk to the Haram near the extension, and I usually went to gate 66. The quickest way is straight through Hilton convention hotel. There was also a free shuttle running all day and night, every 5 minutes. The room had everything needed and was excellent, with regular, thorough room service. Plenty of lifts made getting around easy. Food was a real bonus: suhoor was sensational, with loads of variety every night and top notch service.

Sister Naba made check-in excellent. I arrived before check-in time, and she took my number so I could go out, then called when the room was ready instead of just telling me to come back at 4pm. She was friendly and outstanding, as were the rest of the staff. This was my second stay, from 13-18 February 2026, in room 1807, and it was pleasant again. The lifts caused no problems. Since my last visit, the shuttle has improved, and the golf carts are a great addition. The location is about a 7-10 minute walk, a little uphill. You can go through the Hilton Convention Centre or take the Address path via the escalators and through Address. Golf carts are available too, but I'd allow 20 minutes before athaan. Breakfast is very good value. One breakfast staff member from Peshawar was especially welcoming and hospitable, though I forgot his name. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I'll definitely come again, inshaAllah.

Raheel, the cleaner, stood out for his friendliness and attention to detail. He came every day, replenished what we needed, and cleaned the room to a high standard. We had a blocked sink, and after we told reception, someone came to fix it within 20 minutes. The staff were welcoming from the start and helped carry our luggage from the taxi to our room, a great first impression after travelling from the UK for Umrah. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of dishes and everything we tried tasted amazing. It was our first stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton and a wonderful experience. I'll recommend it to friends and family in the UK, and definitely book again 😊
