We were a family of 10 and booked a suite plus a double room. The suite felt small, and the shower drains were slow, so water kept overflowing. We came off peak and the hotel was fairly empty, but room service was still a bit slow. The shuttle buses were OK on the first day, then there was only one bus on days two and three. Good for one stay, but not twice.

The hotel sits up high, so walking back and forth isn't advisable, and there isn't a grocery shop or hotel nearby. Breakfast needs work: one person taking care of everyone's breakfast needs isn't enough, even though he did an excellent job. The hotel itself is clean, new, and well maintained, with cooperative staff and excellent bus services. Parking is available, and the kids' playroom and separate prayer areas for men and women inside the hotel are good.

The staff are cordial and the hotel is good, but it's far from Haram, and the shuttles aren't regular or timely enough to get to prayers. The WiFi is very bad. Management didn't seem bothered even after repeated complaints.

They greeted us with a rose, dates, and juices when we arrived, and the hotel's appearance is good. It's newly built and clean. Getting around is a real problem, though. The hotel is in an area many taxi drivers don't seem to know, and we couldn't find a taxi from there to Haram. Location matters, and this hotel didn't work for us. Mobile reception was by far the worst I've experienced there. Maybe it's the construction materials, but we had to step outside to get a signal. The WiFi barely seemed to exist, was super slow, and couldn't support calls on any app. The food was basic and low quality, with only 5-7 dishes. They lacked taste, and people I spoke to didn't enjoy them. It felt like food just to keep from going hungry. The hotel seemed to start a laundry service after many people asked, but charged 10 Riyals per article of clothing. That's very expensive if you have 5-6 pieces. They should improve the WiFi, food quality, and offer laundry at a fair price instead of overcharging.

The shuttle was punctual, but there were only 19 services in 24 hours, so you have to plan around its timings. The location is very bad. Breakfast was almost the same every day and didn't meet the standard of a four star hotel, as they claim. The hotel itself is good.
