The location is excellent, very close to the Haram, and some staff were kind and helpful. But cleanliness needs attention. There were flies in the room and across the hotel, and our room smelled of smoke despite not being labeled as a smoking room. The rooms and bathrooms feel outdated, and the bathroom was very small. There was noise at night, and staff knocked on our door several times. We’d been approved for a two-hour late checkout, but that hadn’t been passed on among the staff. Someone also came into our room while we were asleep, which felt like a breach of privacy. For a similar price, guests can probably find better quality nearby. I hope management improves cleanliness, communication, and guest privacy.

Just down the road from the Haram, about 500 metres away, and the price we paid made this feel like excellent value. It was nice and clean, and breakfast was good. I’d stay here again. If you want to indulge in the luxury of Dunyā and spend silly money on yourself instead of helping people in need, there are plenty of hotels in the clock tower.

We were there for two days with my wife, and the location, room, and amenities were all well maintained. The service was excellent and the eight elevators meant we hardly waited, even at busy times. There’s also a convenient prayer room on the first floor. Hotel Emar Al Manar in Makkah felt luxurious for a very reasonable price. Breakfast had good variety and quality, and the services matched what I expected. It’s a great option for couples and families, highly recommended!✔️

Emaar Al Manar Hotel (Emaar Al Manar Hotel) is a clean, well-kept place with comfortable rooms for a short visit. Staff were polite and cooperative, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The location is decent, with transport to Haram, though depending on the time you may need a short drive or shuttle. The bathrooms are quite small, which might not suit everyone. A good budget-friendly option in Makkah. 👍

Emaar Al Mannar was a really enjoyable stay. The bathrooms were a little small, but that didn’t spoil an otherwise great visit. Hospitality, cleanliness, and service were all excellent, and the staff were very cooperative. Really excellent service overall.
