The rooms were clean, spacious, and well kept, and housekeeping kept mine fresh and comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing to come back to after long hours outside. Makarem Al Hijra Hotel had a calm, family-friendly atmosphere, a good fit if you want peace and comfort while visiting the blessed city of Madinah. Staff welcomed me warmly, check-in was smooth, and the front desk team were polite, cooperative, and ready to answer questions or help with arrangements. Room service was excellent, quick, and professional, so help always felt close by. I had a very satisfying stay and would happily return. It’s a reliable, comfortable choice with clean rooms, good service, and cooperative staff.

The rooms are filthy and smelly, with no facilities to meet a pilgrim’s needs. People come to focus on worship, but this place brings stress and exhaustion. The bigger problem is predatory agents and middlemen who don’t care that pilgrims are spending their hard-earned life savings. They charge 450 Riyals+ for rooms worth 50 Riyals at most. You can find much better, cleaner, more respectful accommodation elsewhere for the exact same price. Don’t let greedy agents trick you. Save your money, protect your pilgrimage, and book somewhere else. WARNING: DO NOT BOOK. TOTAL SCAM. Stay away at all costs.

The carpet was dirty, the bed shits had stains, and there were mosquitoes in the room even after we told them. The AC wasn’t cooling enough, and the fridge was leaking. When we asked to change rooms or get a refund, they treated us like dogs. Worst experience ever. Never book this hotel.

The living rooms were spacious, neat, and clean, and it’s a 5-7 min walk towards haram. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks Mr.Saiful miya.
