The support staff from Bangladesh were active and helpful. The hotel is too far from Masjide Al Haram, though. The Saudi staff speak English, but only talk with selected people who give them gifts.

There’s no shuttle service, and the hotel is far from Haram. The hotel itself is good.

After a regular 4-day booking, they charged extra for 2 more hours.

We stayed for 3 days. Best hotel we’ve stayed at, with extraordinary facilities.

The staff were friendly and kindly let us check out late. The room was simple but clean, bright, air-conditioned, and fine for resting after our long drive and spiritual experience. All the outlets worked, and there was complimentary bottled water, instant coffee, and an electric kettle. We stayed at Al Bayraq Hotel for Umrah in Ramadhan this year. The price was very reasonable, and its strategic proximity to Al Haram made it a standout among the 3-star hotels nearby. For a comfortable, practical stay in the busy season, it had what we needed.
