The location is good, and the lobby looks very fancy, so I was surprised that the rooms were so disappointing. They’re not the worst and might be OK for large groups, but they’re average at best and don’t meet expectations. The toilet wasn’t very clean, and the room smelled bad. They really need to renovate all the rooms. The free shuttle is meant to take guests to Gaza stop. The driver dropped everyone far away, even though he could easily have let us off at the Gaza bus stop. It seemed he chose not to because he didn’t want to get stuck in traffic. We had extra walking to do, which was especially hard for elderly people and those with children. That was a low move. It was an average experience.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient shuttle to Haram made this a comfortable, budget-friendly stay for pilgrims. Emaar Forum Hotel is great value for money. Definitely recommend it.

The construction is decent enough, but there aren’t any amenities, and they only have two buses. It’s OK.
