Four Points by Sheraton Makkah Al Naseem

I keep choosing this place, even when it’s busy. The beds are really comfortable, and you can pick feather pillows or other types to suit you. The barber services mean you don’t have to hustle in Haram. Prices are reasonable, transport to Haram is included, and having rajhi mosque right next door makes it easier to pray on time.

The buffet was a lovely experience, and I want to recognize three people who made it that way. Wedad at the cashier was kind and professional, and handled everything smoothly with a warm greeting. Belal Uddin, the Food and Beverage Captain, was polite, efficient, and attentive throughout the meal. Sabry Elserdy, the Restaurants Manager, made sure guests were comfortable and well looked after, with real professionalism and leadership. They worked well together and showed genuine care for guests. Their service reflected well on the hotel. Thanks for a pleasant meal at Four Points by Sheraton Makkah Al Naseem. I’d happily recommend the buffet and hope to come back.

The bathroom was small, and reception service was poor. We booked breakfast, but the desk claimed our reservation didn’t include it and told us to check with the 3 parties. On the first morning we had to get reception to validate breakfast before entering the restaurant. The next day they again said we had no breakfast, even though we’d eaten there the day before. They initially refused to let us in, then eventually let us eat. It’s a bad system, and it happened to other customers too.

Shahinda from the call center was calm, polite, and really helpful when I called about my stay. She followed through on my needs and supported me throughout the process. She even offered an extra bed at no charge, which I hadn’t expected. Her positive attitude and care for customers made the experience memorable. I’m grateful for her help, and she’s a valuable member of the team.
