Getting around was easy, with local sights and places to eat close by. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and peaceful. Staff were friendly and attentive, check-in was quick, and the modern amenities added to the stay. I’d happily recommend the hotel.

The shuttle ran every 30 minutes and made things easier. From where it dropped us, it was about a 15-minute walk to the Haram, near the Safa and Marwa gate. There were also plenty of nearby shops with reasonable prices compared with the ones near the Haram. The hotel itself was affordable, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I had a great stay for the price. Shukran.

Masha allah, I’m back for my second visit, and the improvement is great. The team is so friendly and responds quickly to our notes. Services around the hotel are available at normal prices.

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were all neat and clean, and you can get a haircut there too. There’s a bakala and a restaurant right beside the hotel. Buses go to the Haram and back every half hour, and the facilities are comfortable. 5*

Getting to and from the Haram was easy with the 24/7 shuttle. The room was comfortable and clean, and the price was affordable. The staff were welcoming and polite throughout my stay. I had a pleasant time and would come back.
