Millennium Makkah Al Naseem

Manar at the reception of Millennium Makkah Al Naseem Hotel made our stay more comfortable and memorable. She welcomed us warmly, checked us in efficiently, and handled our requests patiently, making sure everything was arranged. Her positive energy and attention to guest satisfaction really stood out. She showed genuine care and professionalism, and represents the hotel very well. Thank you, Manar.

There’s plenty to do nearby, including coffee shops and Woosh, the children’s entertainment place. The location is good, and the shuttle bus was useful, although on the way back from the Haram we had to change buses at maskhoutah. The buffet breakfast was decent and the service was excellent. They promptly brought extra towels and toilet paper when we asked. The room felt small, like they’d squeezed four beds into a twin room.

Amjad, the coffee boy, was the best part of the hotel for me. He’s polite, always smiling, and ready to help you get refreshed before going back to your Ibada. The hotel itself is nice, beside a beautiful masjid, with a resort-like feel. There are several coffee shops, a grocery store, clothing shops, and restaurants within walking distance. It’s somewhere you could picture living if you’re from the west. The dinner and breakfast buffets were average, and the WiFi in our room was really bad, almost nonexistent. Check-in took three hours because our room wasn’t ready until 4:00 pm, so we had to wait at reception. All in all, it’s a good hotel, and inshaAllah I’ll come back in the future.

Muhammad and Badar, the customer service officials at the front, were amazing. I really appreciated how cooperative, helpful, and flexible they were. Room service was up to the mark, and the rooms were good for staying and enjoying our visit. It is a bit far from Masjid e Haram. On the return trip, having to change buses is a big hassle for elderly people and takes a lot of time even for younger ones. There should be just one bus for the return journey too.
