Breakfast was a highlight, with a huge spread and enough variety and quality to suit every palate. We also got a free upgrade to a higher room category with a partial Haram view. The room had two separate single beds and felt comfortable and spiritual. The location of Mövenpick Makkah is fantastic, and the team recognized my Accor Gold status with both the upgrade and a late checkout. Since it was Friday, the extra time made our last day much more relaxed. Getting around the Clock Tower was the frustrating part. At busy prayer times the lifts are crowded, and taking two different elevators to reach the room takes a while. The staff were generally courteous, but we were told they'd call when our room was ready for early check-in. We waited without hearing anything and eventually had to go back to reception ourselves. I'd recommend staying here in Makkah, as long as you allow extra time for the busy lift system.

The staff were quick, organized, respectful, and always smiling and ready to help. The hotel had a peaceful, welcoming feel, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and well looked after. Housekeeping did a great job, and its location just steps from Al Haram made our spiritual journey easy and comfortable. A special thank you to Mohammed Abdullah. His professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and commitment to guests showed throughout the hotel. It's rare to see hands-on leadership that cares so much about guests' comfort and experience. The team made the whole stay memorable, not just comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Makkah and highly recommend it to anyone coming for Umrah or Hajj. It really felt like a home away from home. Thanks again to Mr. Mohammed Abdullah and the whole team.

The hotel was quiet and clean, with a good view, and it met our expectations. The staff were so welcoming, especially Mr Al Maliki and Mr Yazeed at reception. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Thanks to Mr Sohan from Housekeeping for keeping our room so clean. He made us feel at home. 100% recommended.

That shower turned bathing into a dance. The water pressure was so high that it took at least 45 minutes to finish, and the temperature kept switching from hot to cold by itself. Something needs fixing, especially the pressure and temperature stability. Though I did like the shower, because it was like an 85-year-old man trying to pee, with water coming out so slowly and with no pressure. The stay was excellent. Thank you so, so much to the floor manager, Samedullah the supervisor, Reception gentleman Abdul Majeed, and Ms. GHALA from guest relation. And a huge thank you to Mr. RABBI UL AWAL from housekeeping, who looked after the room. His service was the best, so humble and highly professional.

I had a pleasant, comfortable stay at Mövenpick Makkah and would definitely come back. It's very well placed for pilgrims, with easy access to Masjid al-Haram. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and maintained well, and the atmosphere stayed calm and welcoming even with so many guests. Housekeeping was consistent and professional. Shorif from Bangladesh, one of the housekeeping staff, made a real difference. He was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a sincere smile. His kindness and professionalism reflect well on the hotel's service, and staff like Shorif are a real asset. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Makkah for Umrah or Hajj.
