Nada Al Deafah Hotel

The hotel's location near Masjid-al-haram is really good, but the slope makes it a problem for wheelchair users. They provide a cart, but it only takes you down to the slope. The image shown on Google isn't the Nada Al Deefah Hotel. Our room was too small for five people, and the service was poor. We had to do everything ourselves, and staff wouldn't help. The food wasn't Hyderabadi at all, and there was no milk at breakfast. Sometimes there were pests in the room, like cockroaches. I've never seen this kind of hotel, and I don't recommend it because of the food and service.

I asked for black tea, but the person managing the food said they don't keep any. I hope the owner will add black tea and milk for customers' convenience, and put a suggestion and compliment box in the restaurant and other areas.

The one good thing about Hotel Nada Al Deyafah on Ajyad Road is how close it is to Baab Abdul Aziz, about 150 metres or a three-to-five-minute walk. The staff and workers aren't cooperative at all, and you have to beg them to clean the room or change the bedding. Avoid rooms 105, 205, 305, 405, 505, 605, 705, and 805. Both the rooms and bathrooms are small, and showering in a 3x3-foot space is very difficult.

The rooms were cramped and unclean. Housekeeping came only every three days, and the staff were very rude.
