The Haram is quite far. The shuttle only takes you to Kuday, so from there you have to pay for another bus to reach the Haram.

A good hotel.

After 10 days here, the hotel’s neglect is hard to miss. The sheets were changed only after I asked three times, and the room wasn’t cleaned during those 10 days. I never saw the floors being cleaned either. There’s no hot water, and complaints don’t seem to get anyone’s attention. The laundry setup is three plastic boxes: one doesn’t wash and two don’t spin. The so-called laundry room is on the rooftop terrace, where it’s so hot you feel roasted while doing laundry. There are two security guards. One is very polite, but the other is abnormal. The last time, he tried to throw me out, apparently not recognizing me as a guest. He doesn’t understand or listen, and is rude and disrespectful. I won’t comment on the food since that’s subjective. The only decent, friendly staff are the poor foreign employees. If you’re coming alone, you’d be better off living on the street; even if you come with a company, this hotel will leave you unhappy with them too. I don’t know if there’s a worse hotel. It’s indifferent, neglected, and irresponsible, and the shortcomings have reached a new level. I think they should change its name.
