Saraya Al Deafah Hotel

The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location made reaching the Haram easy. On my recent visit to Makkah, I stayed at Saraya Al Deafah Hotel, Taysir. For a three-star hotel near Haram Paak, I found it very affordable. Saddam made the biggest impression. He helped with luggage, arranged transport, and was always kind and welcoming. His care for guests made the stay special. I’d happily return on my next visit, insha’Allah.

The staff were friendly, and the room was decent in both size and condition. It’s farther from the Haram than advertised, though, Google Maps shows a 35-minute walk. The mattresses need replacing, and it wasn’t a king bed. Putting two single beds together still left what felt like four single beds. The bathroom could use a refurb too. The key card worked once when I first entered, then became a constant struggle.

The service was pathetic, and I’d tell people to book at their own risk. I booked well before traveling, but when my family and I arrived, they refused to give us a room and made lame excuses. That left us stressed and exhausted while trying to find another hotel after a very tiring journey. I’d contacted them two days before traveling, and they confirmed the booking and said they were ready to welcome us. I won’t book here again, and I’d advise others against it because they could refuse your room and leave you stranded with your family.

The staff worked hard to make our stay easy, and the management was very helpful. Excellent service from everyone. May Allah reward you all.
