Such a pathetic place. They don’t clean the rooms or bathrooms, and the staff are really rude. The rooms are dirty, with bedbugs and flies. Don’t waste your money coming here.

The food was healthy, clean, and tasty, and I was so happy to be a guest here. The service was really appreciated too. The person in charge, Mr. Naseer, was kind and helpful, always greeting us with respect and checking that we were doing well. Thank you.

I was there February 5-8, 2026, and even getting into the room was a hassle. I couldn't figure out the NFC key card, and when I asked a staff member, he guessed it might not have any charge in it. Nobody came to service the room during those four days, and room 442 was very small. The lifts were packed most of the time and hard to catch. The hotel is 1.2 km from Haram Sharif. I don't think it deserves even one star, but the form wouldn't let me submit without giving one.

The building itself is good, but it gets so crowded that there's often a long queue for the lifts. The management staff were seriously uncooperative, and they spoke only Arabic. Whenever I asked for help, the answer was no.
