Wirgan Al Noor, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The room made my stay at Wirgan Al-Noor Hotel especially enjoyable. It was roomy, nicely decorated, clean, and had everything I needed. I loved waking up to the view, and the bed was comfortable enough for a great night's sleep. Arriving after a long trip, I appreciated how smoothly check-in went. The staff were attentive and welcoming from the start, and I felt at home. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable.

The hotel was peaceful and never felt overcrowded, and the window looked straight toward Jabal Al Noor and the Hira Cave. There’s a fitness center, sauna, kids’ play area with toys, and a large prayer room with Qurans for recitation. The new shuttle bus kept to its schedule, which was handy. A taxi to the Haram is about 20 SAR. Everything about the stay was A++, and I’d definitely come back.

The room was huge, clean, and had all the amenities. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from mosque al haram, with taxis waiting outside. Breakfast was okay, though finding it was a little confusing because the route goes through areas marked for staff. At reception, they initially said our trip booking had been cancelled and that the available room would cost 665 riyals. I showed the manager that the payment had gone through, he checked the system, and we got a room. The hotel itself is lovely, but check your reservation if you booked through a third party.

I honestly think you can find somewhere better than this. We could have stayed in a much better hotel for less money, and the food was the worst I've ever had. I couldn't identify half the meat, it seemed like they had mixed all kinds of animals together. The staff were just as bad in my experience. They blamed us for a booking.com mistake, said there was no manager to call, and then lied to us.
