At least it's only about a 12-15 minute walk from Haram. That may be why it was crowded even though it wasn't peak season. The room smelled kind of bad when I arrived, and nobody helped bring my luggage up. The guy just handed me the key and pointed out the room. When I asked who would take my bags, he said something like, “Do it yourself.” The lift malfunctioned once too, and there was NO FOOD OPTION.

The hotel is clean and really good, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, including Keralite food. You can even find jamath on the road below the building, on carpet. Food from the restaurant inside the hotel seems expensive. If you book a room for three, they may give you four beds, which can make the room a bit awkward. I was worried after reading the comments before booking for my mom and Dad, but Alhamdulilah the rooms are good and very near the haram mosque. My Dad said it was around a 5-10 minute journey.

Our online booking showed this as a 3-star hotel, but when we arrived it felt like a completely different place, more like a 1-star. The room wasn't as described and had doors that didn't fit properly, with no proper locks. I would give it zero (0) rating.

Rahat Travels Mumbai cheated us, and this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were cramped with no facilities. The rooms, lobby, and dining area were dirty, and basic hygiene was pathetic. They washed utensils in the washroom. Cleaning and room laundry happened only after four days, and even then we had to remind them several times.
