Alzahra Alraqi Hotel

I wasn't happy with the service. The rooms and bed linen weren't cleaned. Around midnight, we needed things like toilet paper, soap, and shampoo, but reception said they'd bring them the next day because everyone was asleep. I didn't see a kitchen. Maybe there is one, but they told us to bring food to the room and eat there. :( I'd give the hotel two stars with a plus. That's just my personal opinion; I'm not telling anyone to avoid the place, but I wasn't satisfied as a customer.

The rooms smell bad and have no facilities. They didn't provide soap, shampoo, handwash, or anything for making tea, and the prayer mat was dirty. The reception men behave disgustingly toward customers. Awful experience. 😪 Don't come here if you're looking for a happy, refreshing stay.

Don't trust them. We had a confirmed reservation through booking, but they refused to show it to us or give us the room. We had to cancel after arriving and go look for another hotel. I was going to call the police, but didn't have time to waste.

This was the worst hotel I've ever checked into.
