Being close to Gate 6 of Haram was convenient, but the stay itself was very poor. My room smelled awful, the bathroom was dirty, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to yell at them every day to come clean it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel has a lift, and you can book a room at a lower price. There’s plenty of hot water in the toilet, and the air conditioning can make it cold in summer and hot in winter. The hotel is very beautiful and furnished a lot. InshaAllah, people will use them to engage you by using them. Thank you all.

My ratings: location 4/5, cleanliness 2/5, amenities 3/5, room size 2/5, baths 4/5. Toiletries were provided. Value for money gets 1/5, and complimentary meals 0/5. I’d recommend it only if you have nowhere else to go.

The only saving grace was being less than a five-minute walk from Masjid Al Nabwi. I booked online and was disappointed to discover that all the listed facts were wrong.

The room was clean, but the hotel only gets an okay from me. It didn’t have a microwave, iron, or kettle. They said there was a restaurant, but there wasn’t one.
