Grand Millennium Al Haram Hotel

Breakfast was a highlight, and the room service food was great too. We found the beds very comfortable, and with multiple entrances, shops nearby, and good services around, the hotel was convenient and good value. It’s very close to Al haram, and the staff were super kind and friendly. The one letdown was the bathrooms, which could have been cleaner. That’s a shame, because otherwise we’d give the hotel five stars across the board.

The walk to the haram is short, especially to the ladies' entrance, and the doorman greeted me warmly each day. Inside, we found the staff kind, welcoming, and eager to help. Ahmad from the Front Office looked after us particularly well at check-in and throughout the stay. Our suite was cosy and comfortable, and housekeeping made sure we had what we needed. The buffet breakfast on the mezzanine floor was well attended by warm, attentive staff. I wish I’d written down their names, as they were all so helpful. Thanks to Ahmad and the team for making our stay so pleasant.

It took less than five minutes to walk to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which made staying in Madinah especially convenient. The hotel was clean, orderly, and well arranged, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended.

The calm atmosphere and the way the hotel was organized made our four nights here very comfortable. I stayed with my parents, and the staff were attentive, kind, and helpful throughout. Our room stayed clean and well maintained, breakfast had a good range of choices, and service was quick and professional. The Haram is just a few steps away, so getting to prayers was easy. Thanks to the team for a lovely stay. We’ll come back on our next trip to Madinah.
