The service and location were the highlights for me. Staff worked quickly to bring whatever they could, and one even found me a charger plug when I’d left mine at home, then told me to keep it for the stay. From the hotel, Masjid e Ghamama is right in front depending which way you exit, and the Haram Shareef grounds are a couple of minutes’ walk away, depending on your pace. It sits just behind Milennium Taiba Hotel, where you can see the Gumbad from the hotel window, and together the two hotels fill one block. The hotel was clean and tidy, with basic rooms, nothing luxurious. The beds are singles, and good amenities are available, including an iron if you ask. There’s a large cafeteria and reception area on the ground floor. I’d rate it around 3.5 overall, though the service and location deserve more.

At Grand Al Shahba Hotel in Madinah, I had a wonderful stay and felt well looked after. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect for what I needed, and the staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Faisal, Saleh, Prodhan Mullah, Abdul Alim, Redwan, Mohammed Aman, Saiful Islam, Rayman, and Rasel Parvez. They were supportive and polite and made the place feel like home. Great value for money, warm hospitality, and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madinah.

The food in the restaurant seems to be made only for Russians, such as people from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. The hotel should also check and improve the hot water in the bathrooms.

The hallways really stuck with me, and the rooms were nicely done. The hotel is so close to the Haram, which made the stay feel special. Breakfast could be better, but we had a lovely time. It may be rated four stars, but it felt like a five-star place to me. I’d definitely come back and would recommend it.
