I was there with my family on November 6-7, 2025, and wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially to families. The washroom was tiny and there were no toiletries. The carpet smelled, and the sheets and blankets weren’t clean. There were stains on the walls and carpet, and no charging point.

We’re happy with our stay. The staff were really good, and our room was clean. It’s a bit far, but the bus service was very good and the driver was nice.

I booked this for a one-day visit to Medina, but the place wasn’t worth staying in, even for an hour. The pillow and duvet were filthy, there were no paper towels or bath towel, and I couldn’t find a socket to charge my phone. It’s a 45-minute walk to Gate 336 of the Haram. Don’t stay here if you’re planning to visit Medina.

The toilet in the photo smelled awful. When we checked the room and asked about it, the guy said it was broken and moved us to another room. That one had no air conditioning, just an old fan that sounded like a V8 engine, and it smelled really bad too. He didn’t speak English or proper Arabic. This feels like a scam, so be careful before booking.
