OYO 348 Ruh Taiba Hotel

The staff are difficult to get help from and seem indifferent about cleanliness. The hotel's free car service is a mess, too. Very bad service. I won't put Hajis in this hotel again.

The location is fine, but I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here. The room was very dirty and so small that a suitcase wouldn't fit. The service was poor, and check-in and check-out both took far too long. We waited around half an hour to two hours, with checkout taking even longer, about two hours. This is a very poor hotel. It'd be better to sleep on the street.

Some of the staff are friendly, but that's the only plus. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and the walking route Google Maps shows to Haram doesn't actually work. The room was small, had no window, and the bathroom was bad. Hygiene was awful, there was human mucus on the bed. Not recommended.

At 2 AM, when we complained, the two staff members, one receptionist and one room boy, were rude and unhelpful. They said there was no other bedding, and told us we could get our money back and leave if we wanted. It felt like they didn't care about guests because demand was high. The bed linen and blankets were very dirty, covered with lots of hair, and the room door lock didn't work. Worst hotel experience ever.
