The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and a special thank you to the receptionist, who was kind, professional, always smiling, and ready to help with anything. Their customer service really made a difference. The hotel was clean and well organized, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and our stay in Madinah was comfortable and peaceful. May Allah reward you all for your kindness and hospitality. We highly recommend it and would stay again.
Staying at Manazel Al Dayf Serviced Apartments was comfortable for our family of five, kids included. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, and we were happy with the service. Getting around was easy and affordable, with taxis costing about 25 Saudi Riyals. It was a pleasant, stress-free stay in Madinah.
What a joke. They canceled my paid reservation and rented the room for three times the price I had booked. No manners at all. They don't speak English, and customer service doesn't answer the phone.
