Alhamdulillah, our stay at Rua Al Hijra was a wonderful experience, from the rooms and views to the delicious breakfast and excellent service. Sufian, one of the breakfast waiters, and the chef deserve thanks. We are especially grateful to Ridwan, the supervisor, and Batool from guest services. When I was stuck in Turkey with my daughter, they helped us through a difficult situation and connected us with the right people so we could enter the Kingdom smoothly. Their kindness and dedication made all the difference.

Maria made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, greeting us with a warm smile and genuine kindness. She was attentive, professional, and ready to help with any request, even a small one. She also checked whether we needed anything and offered great local recommendations. My recent stay in Madina was peaceful and truly blessed. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a calm atmosphere that was perfect for rest and Islamreflection. It was also a short walk to Masjid al-Nabawi, which made it easy to attend prayers. The breakfast was amazing, and the dining area had a really nice design. Abu Sufian handled the food and drinks while also clearing tables, and he was always smiling and ready to help. The room and lobby were clean, and the AC worked well. I’d definitely come back.

Brother Muhammad at reception was great, and the staff checked in by phone every couple of days to see if everything was going smoothly. Housekeeping, including MD Fayezullah Mahmoud and abubakkar, did a wonderful job and took care of everything promptly. Thank you as well to supervisor Mr robiul Islam. My room was 721, and the whole team gave great service. The hotel is close to masjid nabwi, too. I’ll stay here again the next time I visit madinah, in Shah allah. Fantastic hotel! Ma Shah allah 🥰🥰🥰
