The staff were so kind and helpful, and we had a really good stay. We enjoyed our time there, Alhamdolilah, and hope to come back another time.

The service, cleanliness, and hospitality were among the best I've experienced. Ms. Rawan was especially polite and professional, one of the best staff members I've come across.

The staff and service were extremely bad, and there's no maintenance in the bathrooms either. This is a very bad hotel. Don't ever stay here, or you'll regret it forever. The

It didn't look like pest control had been done. I found cockroaches in both the room and the restroom. They only provided four tea bags and two paper cups.
