Pullman Zamzam Madina

Kowsar from housekeeping was so attentive, polite, and helpful, and their hard work made our visit more comfortable. The Zamzam Hotel in Madinah was clean, in a fantastic spot near the Haram, and a very good hotel. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.

We were able to relax and recharge because the hotel was comfortable, clean, and tidy throughout. The staff were friendly and quick to help, and housekeeping handled our requests efficiently. Getting to the Masjid an-Nabawi for prayers was easy because the Pullman ZamZam Madina is so close. Shops and restaurants right nearby were handy for food and essentials. We had a fantastic stay and would happily come back. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The air conditioning never worked properly, even after we contacted the hotel twice. At first they told my mom, who was alone there, that everything was fine. When we arrived, they checked it and cleaned the filter, but it still didn't cool well. The room was dark and dimly lit, with no cozy feel. For what we paid, my family and I expected better. The cleanliness, welcome, and stay didn't feel like a 5-star experience. Even after cleaning, the room was still very dirty, with dust, trash, and bedding that hadn't been changed. I have photos and videos as proof. Friendliness and the welcome could improve too, perhaps with welcome drinks. Because I had an eight-month-old baby, I asked for a larger bed to prevent falls. At first I was told to come back the next day and it would be arranged. The next day, another staff member said it would cost extra and was unfriendly.

Assem, who manages the breakfast and dinner buffets, was very helpful and pleasant, and all the staff serving there were great. Tanveer in particular was caring, kind, and professional. The reception was helpful, professional, and available all the time. The rooms were very good, and the service was as pleasant as it could be. They made the exhausting pilgrimage experience much more pleasant. Food outside may not suit everyone, but the hotel's buffet is a reliable option. We had a splendid stay.
