Mr. AbuSalman was especially kind, polite, and attentive. He took our luggage up to the room and made us feel welcome right away. People like him make a stay special. We were extremely satisfied, and the service was excellent from start to finish. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and ready to assist. Thank you for such wonderful service. We'd gladly come back.

The hotel itself was good, but it costs too much, and the staff need to act more professionally.

In room 202, the sink water wouldn't drain and the shower holder was broken. The door handle was broken too, so nobody could get in or out from inside.
