Getting the entry code on WhatsApp came with terms saying guests must leave before noon, with no exceptions. If you want to extend, they offer another apartment, which means another 400 SAR cleaning charge. The 900 number is the only support contact, and they seem focused on making sure guests leave at 11:00 am as stated in the message. Support is otherwise basically nonexistent. Parking was another headache. Spaces are marked outside, and basement parking is limited to certain apartments. Housekeeping, if you request it, costs 120 SAR each day, on top of the 400 SAR one-time cleaning fee. The place itself is good, very clean, and has excellent design. The utensils and cutlery are well chosen and in good condition. But the master bedroom's spring mattress is uncomfortable and makes noise when you move. The operating idea is great, but the experience overall wasn't good. A nice hotel would serve the guest much better and cost less.
