Good service at Tumas.
The smell in the apartment was really unpleasant and unnatural. The bed was so worn that I could feel the metal through the foam, and it was visible and pressed into my back while I slept. They didn't have an entry card, so they opened the apartment for me using my Mastercard. They said they didn't have a card at the time and that I could contact them whenever I wanted them to open it. I was told the smell was around. If negative stars were possible, I'd give them.
There was no soundproofing, and the rooms smelled. The furniture and rooms were old, and cleanliness was really poor.
The furniture was poor overall, the floors weren't good, and the lighting was terrible. The sofa and other furniture were filthy, with repulsive stains. There were a few good things, but they couldn't make up for the rest. The air conditioning in the bedroom was awful, and the bed in the first room was worn out and uncomfortable. I could feel the metal in the mattress. I stayed four days because I was forced to under the no-refund policy. If you're considering more than one day, ask about refunds before paying. I'd only stay here if I absolutely had to, and pay day by day.
The room cost a lot, though the reception area looked impressive, with nice furniture. The bedroom furniture, though, was mostly old and worn. Smoke and shisha smells were so strong they suffocated us, and hallway noise came through whenever anyone walked past. The doors were battered and barely shut. There was only a blank white card, without even a room number. The bathroom was tiny and had no tissues, which were kept in the bedroom instead. There was no phone in the room, so I had to go downstairs to reception to ask for anything. The wardrobe had no doors.
