The desk staff were really friendly, and the place was fairly clean. It feels more like an apartment hotel, and they only do daily cleaning if you ask. The apartment has a living room, two good-sized bedrooms, and two bathrooms, so both people can shower. As in many places, the shower is right in the middle of the toilet area. Water pressure was very weak, and it switched from hot to cold while I was showering. The beds were clean and comfortable: one room had a large bed, the other had two queen-size beds. Each room had its own AC, and the kitchen had a kettle and toaster. Fairly good place to stay.

The apartment was new, clean, and furnished to an average standard, with OK service. But I've had some of my worst sleep here. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were the same.

A Saudi gentleman at reception greets you with a smile, dressed in a very fashionable Saudi thoub and shomagh. Sometimes a Syrian gentleman from the back office covers the front desk and welcomes you instead. There's a crogerey by the main entrance, though it doesn't have fruit or vegetables. The nearest pharmacy is on the main road, 500 meters away, and there are several restaurants nearby. The lobby has a lovely fragrance, but there's a bad smell from the toilet. Nice place to stay, and I might return next time I'm in Unaizah.
